“Zoya polishes have an excellent track record for consistency, but we saw the issue of inconsistent bottle-to-bottle color coming up fairly often on blogs and web reviews of some competitors’ products,” said Leo Reyzis, vice president of marketing for Art of Beauty, Zoya’s parent company. “Realizing that this is an important issue for our customers, we decided to take a proactive approach to make Zoya the most color-consistent brand in the industry.”
After an extensive analysis of the manufacturing process for both the pigment and the finished product, the company refined its manufacturing process and implemented the exclusive Double Color and Consistency Control System (“D3CS”) to better monitor the integrity of colors. The result is a 98.9 percent color match from batch to batch – a level of accuracy that is consistent with the high quality standards of the Zoya brand. “With D3CS now firmly established, I feel confident that we will be able to deliver the highest quality Zoya product possible,” Reyzis said. “It may cost us a little more to achieve this level of excellence, but our customers are accustomed to Zoya’s superior formulation and we want to meet – and even exceed – the level of excellence that our customers have come to expect.”
