Good Morning, Yep another blue one. During the time of the World Cup back in June Models own was giving 25% off if England won and they did. I got a few of them in a swap. True Blue is a creme...jellish with the first coat at least that's what it looks to me. It's very opaque could have only used one coat if I would have taken my time. Two coats were used. Love the formula. I had to do a little clean up and noticed staining. Yuck! I have to pull out the Gojo when I remove this mani.
