Top Coat Klean Color Peaceful Heart

Ran up to one of  my beauty supply stores that's literally right down the street.  Saw a small display of some Klean Colors.  My eye looked right at Peaceful Heart.  Got home and put on one coat over my beloved "Garland"  but had to fish out the blue hearts so I just put two of them on my ring finger.
