NUBAR California Dreamin' Collection Swatches and Review!

Good Morning on this Hump Day Wednesday ^_^  As I promised I have for you are the Nubar California Dreamin' Nail Lacquer Swatches and Review.   From the promo there are 6 bright colors and Nubars Diamont Seal & Shine Topcoat.  Love the bottle design and the cap is easy to grip while polishing. 

Hollywood Pink 

A bright fuchsia pink but not a bright neon.  Fairly easy to apply.  It has that pearl finish that's usually hard to apply due to brush strokes on most pearl finishes.  1st coat was opaque but used 2 coats to get an even finish.

                                  1 coat of Diamont seal & shine topcoat (sorry that the bottle picture is dark)

                            Mellow Yellow

A lemon yellow, pretty but, brush strokey.  Used 2 coats.

1 coat of seal & shine helped alittle to combat the brush strokes.

                              Reef Green

Lime Green pearl finish. I love this one.  1st coat streaky, used 2 coats for even application.

1 coat of seal & shine which seems to help alittle to even out the brush strokes.

Pasadena Purple

 

A bright purple could have gotten away with 1 coat its just that pigmented but used my standard 2 coats.  This one was not streaky but still has that pearl finish. 

1 coat of seal & shine loved this one on me.

                                 Orange Crush

Bright orange...Now I want an orange crush soda. This one too was opaque with the 1st coat but used 2 coats.  Was not streaky.

1 coat of seal and shine gave it a really nice shine.

Mali-Blue

Bright blue 1st coat opaque but used 2 coats, very pretty blue. Love it!

1 coat of seal & shine also helped a little to combat brush strokes.

I love all  the colors. The hardest to apply was Mellow Yellow due to the streakiness.  All of these have that pearl finish which makes them have that brush stroke finish to them except for Pasadena Purple and Orange Crush.  Diamont seal & shine gave them a nice shine and dried fairly quickly.
