Teal Tuesdays...Revlon Top Speed *Ocean*

Today is the first day for Teal Tuesdays for me.  Yay, I'm excited because I love the color Teal.  Looking through my stash trying to find a teal that I haven't swatched.  I came across Revlon Top Speed Ocean.  I love the color it has a slight duochromey look to it from the bottle and on the nails in  the shade.  Colors switching from green to blue.  As far as the formula goes not so good.  I know it's disappointing because it's so beautiful.  Maybe it was user error.  I got lots of bubbles and of course macro makes it look worse. Lol!  Next time I'm going to apply really thin coats and make sure it dries thoroughly between coats.

Good Morning, I hope you had a wonderful weekend!  Mine went too fast. Lol! My truck had to go in the shop on Saturday so I just relaxed in the house all day.   It's another Blue Monday. 

I went to Walgreens last night and found a display of the Revlon Top Speeds.  I picked up 'Royal' A deep royal blue conveys richness and perhaps even a touch of superiority.  This polish is certainly a rich color.  My pictures doesn't give it justice.  You have to be fast while applying these top speeds, ( hence the name ) they dry pretty fast so the best way to apply is with thick coats.  I used 2 coats.  When they dry it makes me think of the Orly plastics.  I passed on that collection maybe I shouldn't have. Oh, well.  Then I put on 1 coat of my Revlon Colorstay topcoat and it looks like a jelly!  Super super shiny.  I'm impressed *-*
