I've been Nominated! Cosmopolitan Blog Awards!

HOW EXCITING! It came as a great surprise to me yesterday that I have been shortlisted for the Cosmopolitan Best New Beauty Blog 2011! It was a massive shock, thanks a million to anyone that nominated me! I'm up against 18 amazing blogs, and the honour really is in the nomination, but if you feel like I deserve to win, you enjoy reading my blog, or just generally love me forever, then you can cast a vote here:

There are tons of different categories, and some incredible, passionate bloggers on there, but you will find me in Best New Beauty Blog, and I'm one of only 3 nail blogs nominated! I would REALLY appreciate a vote, as this is a really exciting leap forward for me!

This nomination has really got me thinking about my blog in general, and although it is primarily focused around my nail art, this has prompted me to think seriously about introducing a few more beauty features. As a result, I think I will do one "general" beauty segment per week, whether it be a makeup look, a hair tutorial, a "best of" or even a collection of tips! I will still focus on nails (and plan on increasing the regularity of these posts!), so don't worry. :D
