Hello my lovelies! Another day, another post. Today I want to finally start posting the swatches for the China Glaze Let it Snow collection. I got 5 polishes from this collection and so far I'm really loving what I wore and the best is yet to come! I'm gonna start with Velvet Bow.

indoors, artificial light |
This is a dark red (wine) creme that looks brownish in some lights. It dries very glossy and has a jelly-like texture. This is not an original shade and many people have skipped buying it because of that. But I was looking for a quality polish in this color, as it was lacking from my collection, so this came at the right time.

this is how it looks in direct light, a little lighter and more red than the previous picture |
Application was great as always with China Glaze. 2 easy coats. I won't start raving again about the great formula and the thin, precise brush cause you already know what a fangirl I am. Sadly, it chipped after two days of wear and I had to take it off. It was just a tiny chip because my nail was peeling in that spot. I'm sure it was not the polish's fault.

this is an unusual angle for me but I really like how it came out |
Velvet Bow is a very nice shade for the holidays, but also a classic vampy red for those that don't wear crazy colors. I'm really glad I got this and all the other ones I got from this collection. You will be seeing those as well in the next posts. My only regret is that I didn't get more. I just love holiday polishes and I love China Glaze collections!
